Contemporary Arts-in-Education

Since 2002, Progressive Arts Alliance has been exciting students, teachers, and the general public with dynamic arts-in-education programs that showcase the depth and scope of the contemporary arts.

PAA is a 501(c)(3) organization and a collective of contemporary artists with a deep commitment to dynamic arts education. Programs of PAA include performances, workshops, assemblies, lectures, conferences, residencies, and camps focused on the contemporary arts.

We seek to make the arts accessible to students of all ages regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, education, or income level.

PAA works hard to provide stimulating programs that are at the cutting edge in terms of artistic merit and methodology in education. Much of PAA's educational mission centers around the utilization of the contemporary popular arts as a compelling educational tool.

Each Progressive Arts Alliance program supports our mission of providing experiences in the contemporary arts that stimulate critical thinking and promote progressive thought.
